Deep crimson with a violet edge. Lovely dark berry characters with fine well integrated French oak. Well-rounded fruit forward palate with blackberry, red fruits and capsicum lead towards a finish of fine-grained tannins and refined oak.

3x Niche Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 - 13.50% Alc 

Crimson with magenta/purple hues. Classic, varietal aromas of cassis with some choc-mint all work seamlessly with plums and soft oak undertones. A medium bodied wine with a rounded fruit driven palate that features rich, round velvety tannins, with plum, cassis and cherry flavours whilst the oak is soft and just a passenger.

3x The Paddle Steamer South Australia Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 - 13.50% Alc 

Deep purple in colour, the nose is full, rich and ripe that exhibits juicy plum with hints of herb and tobacco. The palate displays berry fruit flavours and chocolate which carry through to a lengthy velvet finish. 

3x Mount Bold McLaren Vale Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 - 14.50% Alc 

Bright to deep crimson red. Layered aromas of dark fruits and some vanilla oak along with spice, earth and cocoa. Medium bodied with fruit flavours of dark black berry and plum with highly varietal cassis Cabernet Sauvignon characters. Rounded velvety smooth tannins flow well with the varietal fruit flavours and under lying vanilla oak.

2x Basedows Of Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 - 14.50% Alc 

Deep red in colour with purple hues. This wine exhibits aromas of blackberry, eucalypt and a touch of mint. The palate is full and luscious with flavours of blackberries and plums. The palate is full flavoured with soft tannins and rounded oak. A medium to full bodied wine which has good length and is an excellent example of Barossa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.
